We already developed a large number of different pressure, colour and pressure rollers to meet customer requirements, particularly for advertising graphics and foiling, but also for a wide range of technical applications. The roller cover is made of a special synthetic rubber, but also of other materials such as sponge rubber or foam rubber, depending on the intended use.
The standard diameters of the rubber rollers are 20 mm, 30 mm, 50 mm and approx. 87 mm.
Almost any roller width up to 30 cm, but also up to one metre for the large diameters, is possible. Different roller profiles can also be developed.
Depending on the application, the roller core is available in plastic, aluminium and plastic or also in aluminium with ball bearings.
