Model Series HDZ 401-501
Manual printing presses with long printing table for relief and gravure printing
High-quality, solid device with extra-long printing table and gear drive for the lower roller. Also suitable for etching. The side stands are made of heavy-duty cast aluminium (manufactured using a precision moulding process) with a high-quality powder coating.
The wooden printing table is glued thirteen times (multiplex) and reinforced with a screwed-on electrolytically galvanised steel plate. It glides smoothly and precisely on eight rollers. The roller pressure is generated via adjusting spindles with compression springs, the drive is via the bottom roller. Even at maximum roller pressure, the press is smooth and safe to handle thanks to the gear drive.
The presses can be supplied in two widths.
