Modell PL 250

Linoleum press schools, workshops, hobby artists and beginne

When developing the PL 250 press, the focus was on a cost-effective solution for the customer, who gets a perfect entry-level model with this press. This press has the same advantages as the PL 300 model and has a printing plate for A4 size.

It is an ideal device for schools and hobby artists. The side parts are made of heavy-duty, dimensionally stable cast aluminium. The lower roller is operated by a long hand crank and is knurled for better grip. The distance and pressure of the solid steel rollers is regulated by two large threaded spindles. The upper roller is spring-mounted and adapts to the unevenness of the material. The press is ideal for material prints (with fabric, cork, wallpaper, feathers, fur, metal, leaves, grass, etc.).

The printing carriage is formed by a 2.5 mm thick galvanised sheet that slides on the connecting rods.

The PL 300 is an ideal device for schools and hobby artists. The side parts are made of heavy-duty, dimensionally stable cast aluminium. The lower roller is driven by a 4-star wheel and is knurled for better grip.

The distance and pressure of the solid steel rollers is regulated by two large threaded spindles. The upper roller is spring-mounted and adapts to the unevenness of the material. The press is ideal for material prints (with fabric, cork, wallpaper, feathers, fur, metal, leaves, grass, etc.).The printing carriage consists of a ninefold glued wooden printing table (made of multiplex) and an electrolytically galvanised steel plate (each with stop), which glides precisely and with low friction on 4 rollers. The PL 300 is delivered on a sturdy lacquered wooden board.

NEWLY developed lifting system for the top roller to prevent the top roller from resting permanently on the pressure plate. This also makes it much easier to insert the printing plate into the press.
